Tetsu Kasuya: Four Six (sweet)

Description

This version of the Four Six method adjusts the first pour to favor sweetness over acidity, creating a rounder, smoother cup.

By reducing the initial pour ratio, this method enhances caramel and chocolate-like flavors, making it well-suited for naturally sweet coffees.
